Das Projekt ist eine Kooperation mit dem Maler und Bildhauer Peter Pohl, der sich in seiner Kunst mit der Morphologie der Insekten auseinandersetzt.

Aus dieser Formensprache ist ein Entwurf für ein Atelier mit Wohnhaus entstanden. Die organischen Formen der Insekten werden in eine moderne Bauweise, eine Holzkonstruktion übertragen. Da die Körper lediglich in einer Richtung gekrümmt sind ist eine Beplankung mit einer vertikalen Stulpschalung nicht nur möglich, sondern auch bezahlbar.

The project is a cooperation with the painter and sculpturer Peter Pohl, who is working with the morphology of insects.

The concept has been developed with this vocabulary. The organic forms of the insects are transformed into a modern wooden construction. Because the cove of the building is always in one direction, the planking with boards is not only possible, but also economic.
