Dem Wunsch nach eigenem Grund und Boden wird mit diesem Entwurf entsprochen ohne mit der wertvollen Grünfläche zu aasen. Differenzierte Außenraumgestaltung und intelligente Orientierung der Gebäude schaffen ein Beziehungsgeflecht, das Platz sowohl für Gemeinschaft als auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bietet. Jedes der Häuser bildet mit anderen einen gemeinschaftlichen Verband, hat aber jeweils seinen privaten Gartenbereich für sich.

Eine differenzierte Typologie bietet Möglichkeiten für Wohnen und Arbeiten in allen sozialen Konstellationen. Familien, Singels, WGs, betreutes Wohnen, für alle Bedürfnisse kann ein entsprechender Haustyp angeboten werden.

Deutlich ist der Bispinghof als eigenständige Form am Stadtrand abzulesen. Wie einer der alten Gutshöfe steht er in Relation zur Landschaft und zu anderen Siedlungsformen.

The wish for the own piece of land without wasting to much landscape is the proects aim. Clearly readably as a single form stands the Bispinghof at the edge of the village. Like an old farm it is related to the landscape and other residential typologies.
