Gefaltet ist die spiegelnde Fassade der Kunsthalle, nicht ein Abbild 1:1 der Umgebung zu zeigen, sondern eine leichte Störung, eine Irritation im Umfeld zu provozieren ist die Absicht. Gleichzeitig ist es eine Art Mimikry, das die Fassade erzeugt, das Gebäude dadurch, dass es seine Umgebung spiegelt wird es assimiliert, wird leichter, löst sich auf.

Nachts zeigt sich der Bau völlig verändert, hohe verglaste Schlitze bieten spannende Einblicke in das Innere des Hauses.

Ein großer, flexibler Raum mit wenigen Öffnungen und ohne störende Einbauten bietet einen neutralen Raum für alle Arten moderner Kunst. Diffuses Streulicht, sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts, kommt von der transluzenten Decke.

Ergänzt wird der Raum durch ein Cafe, welches sich mit der Terrasse und dem Ausstellungsraum zu einem attraktiven Ensemble formiert.
